- Add images in order. Because pages follow the order you add the files, sort them on your device first — or add them one by one in sequence — so the PDF reads correctly.
- Match the page size to the destination. Choose A4 or US Letter when the PDF will be printed or fed into a form that expects standard pages; use fit-to-image only when you want each page to hug its picture with no border.
- Start from the sharpest image you have. The tool embeds your pictures rather than recompressing them hard, so a page is only as crisp as the image you supply — use the highest-resolution scan or photo available.
