How it works
The resizer redraws your image onto a canvas at new dimensions, letting the browser's high-quality scaling produce a clean result. You can resize two ways: by pixels, entering an exact target width and/or height, or by percentage, scaling everything up or down by a single factor — handy when you just want "half size" across a batch.
The maintain aspect ratio lock keeps your image from stretching. With it on, filling in one dimension automatically calculates the other from the original proportions, so a 4000×3000 photo resized to 800 wide becomes exactly 600 tall. Turn it off only when you deliberately want to distort or fit an exact box.
You choose the output format (PNG, JPEG, or WebP), and each resized image reports its new dimensions and file size with a download button. Batch mode processes multiple images against the same settings. As with all our image tools, everything is done locally on the canvas — no upload, no waiting, and full privacy for your photos.
